BRAND NEW MOBILE & ONLINE COMPANY - TRY2ESCAPE
Based out of Dartford, Kent, Try2Escape are a brand new escape room company specialising in mobile and online escape room experiences. Their first game, A Pirates Life, is available online now with more to follow in the very near future.

THE PANIC ROOM, GRAVESEND, MAKE 2 BIG ANNOUNCEMENTS
The Panic Room in Gravesend, Kent have made two major announcements. Firstly, a first for Kent - An Axe Throwing experience is in the process of being built to replace their former Dino Land attraction. In addition, another family experience, Magic School is also in development. Both these experiences will be opening on 31st Octover.

Following on from their recent reopening, Escape Hub Maidstone have announced a brand new room coming soon! Called "The Peril of Sherwin Hones". No subtle clues as what to expect yet, however if all their other rooms are anything to go by, this will be fantastic!

Get Lost Escape Rooms in Dover have proudly announced a brand new room - known as "The Hunt" due to open in August. This futurustic space style adventure is not only exciting due tp the theme, it will also be playable (following Covid restrictions) as a versus room!

The hugely popular Panic Room in Gravesend have provided an update following the Covid 19 pandemic. From 1st August they will commence reopening in a staggered basis. Starting with three room initially - The Don, Wizard of Oz and Dollhouse. Update "Old Father Time" has now been added also

Escape Plan Live Chatham have provided an update following the Covid 19 pandemic. They have announced that they will commence reopening on 17th July on a staggered basis, with their first room to reopen being a family favourite, The Witching Hour.

Time Quest Live, located close to the Hope Farm in Paddock Wood, have provided an update following the Covid 19 pandemic. They have announced that they will reopen with additional precautions on Weds 22nd July.

02/07/20 - Key Workers Special Offer from Escape Hub Maidstone
Following their recent reopening announcement, Escape Hub Maidstone have kindly published that they are offering FREE games to key workers to show their appreciation following the Covid 19 pandemic. Every Wednesday from 5th August - 7th October, selected key workers and members of their household can enjoy a free game on behalf of Escape Hub. Valid ID etc will be required.

The Panic Room Gravesend have provided an update on their reopening status following the Covid 19 outbreak. In summary, expectations are that reopening may take place towards late July/early August. Defective Detective and Prison Van games are now closed indefinitely.

Following the announcement that Clue Cracker Tunbridge Wells will be reopening their doors on 4th July, they have been visited by Visit England who have certified their approach to the outbreak and the measures they have implemented, in preparation of opening.

In addition, their hugely popular room, Broken, is no longer available and has been transferred to another escape room business.

A gentle, yet open plea from me to you...
​
Its no secret that the escape room industry is facing a difficult time. Please, all I ask, is that you continue to support the fantastic work by the hugely talented owners, designers and game masters of Kent's phenomenal escape rooms.
Whether a company decide to open on the 4th July or whether they need extra time to prepare for visitors, they need your support and help.
​
The frustrations you have to get through that escape room door are small in comparison to the frustrations these small business owners have had to open their doors for you.
​
Expect to see some changes such as -
- Staggered room opening times
- Further, intensive cleaning between games
- Limited numbers and booking availability
- Enforced hand cleaning
- Temperature checks
These are being put in place for your safety, and however annoying they may be, I'm sure your health is important to you!
So for now -
